Important Shipping information
- All plants will be shipped bare rooted (no soil or pots).
- Each individual plant is unique, the image of the plant used on the website is always taken of a plant we grew. You will received a plant similar in appearance to the photo, but not identical.
- Plants might look a little bit "sad" after transportation, this is not a cause for alarm, they should return to their happy state within a few days.
- Orders are shipped weekly on Monday.
- Order cutoff is 6pm on the preceding Friday night 6pm.
- Orders are sent using Australia Post's Express Postage service, you will receive a tracking number once the plants have been shipped.
- We try our very best to pack all plants properly and securely, unfortunately due to handling that is out of our control, there might be some leaves that could fall off the plant.
Postage Pricing:
- Extra Small Box up to 500g - $11.95
- Small Box up to 1000g - $15.70
- Medium Box up to 3000g - $19.35
- Large Box up to 5000g - $25.50
Returns/Exchange:
- Upon receiving your plants and there is an issue please contact use immediately to discuss within 24hrs.
- We do not accept returns/exchange of any plant.
- If you happened to mistakenly order a particular plant please contact us within 24hrs.
- If you change your mind after placing an order we will happily refund or change your order. contact us within 24hrs.
